THE 2013 Thailand Golf Championship has attracted quite a star-studded cast with a number of the world’s best hoping to end their seasons on a high.

Sweden’s Henrik Stenson and England’s Justin Rose, ranked third and fourth in the world, headline a cast that also includes the likes of Bubba Watson, Sergio Garcia, Rickie Fowler, Hunter Mahan and defending champion Charl Schwartzel.

The full field US$1.2 million Asian Tour event was underway Thursday at the Amata Spring Country Club.

Other top names include current Asian Tour Order of Merit leader Kiradech Aphibarnrat and fellow Thai star Thongchai Jaidee.

Aussies teeing up include Wade Ormsby, David Gleeson, Scott Barr, Andrew Dodt, Darren Beck, Marcus Both, Unho Park, Matthew Stieger, Jake Higginbottom, Ryan McCarthy, Sam Brazel, Adam Groom, David Lutterus and the just turned professional Brady Watt.
