Jason Day’s Pre-Round Warm Up Routine: Video

I played in the Wednesday comp at my local club this week and the warm up routine adopted by most seemed pretty simple – standing around gazing (with concerned expressions) at the gathering rain clouds. Maybe not the best preparation for hitting a crisp one of the first tee.

The extensive one hour warm up routine new world No.1 Jason Day goes through before each competition round is a little different. It might help explain why he’s playing for a cool US $10 million FedEx Cup bonus this weekend while the Wednesday club golfers were battling for a $40 voucher.
