ADAM SCOTT and his wife Maria Kojzar have announced the birth of their daughter Bo Vera at a Gold Coast Hospital on Sunday.

“We are proud and happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Bo Vera Scott, born on Sunday 15 February 2015,” an official statement said. “Thank you to Dr Flynn and the team at Pindara Private Hospital on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.”

Scott, 2013 US Masters Champions and former world No.1, hasn’t been sighted on the fairways of an official tournament since tying for second at the Australian PGA Championship in December last year.

Scott skipped the US PGA TOUR events in Hawaii in January with his wife in the final stages of pregnancy.

He is expected to return to the tour for the World Golf Championships-Cadillac Championship at Doral early in March.

Scott and Kojzar were married in April 2014 shortly after the Masters but word didn’t get out for some three weeks.
